On-Site Training
By far the most popular option for effecting the most dramatic change in your staff, on-site training is conducted by Office Dynamics Ltd. trainers at one or more locations within your company. This option minimizes schedule disruption for your staff and allows them to learn in the environment in which they will be implementing their newfound skills, attitudes and behaviors.

Train-the-Trainer
If your Corporation is geographically diverse or employs on-site trainers, you may wish to choose this option. Members of your staff will receive comprehensive Star Achievement Series Instructor education from Joan Burge, developer and author of the Series. Joan is a master at teaching others how to make this program successful in their organization. She has 13 years of experience teaching Star Achievement and shares her secrets and tips in these intimate sessions. Graduates are certified to implement the Star Achievement Series curriculum within their company.

Master Trainer License
A Master Trainer License is available after one or more of your employees has attended Train-the-Trainer and taught modules of the Series at your company. This option is extremely cost-effective if you employ several hundred administrative employees. Your Master Trainer will be qualified to certify one or several of your employees to assist teaching the Series.
