New Manager's Boot Camp
The U.S. Department of Labor shows a continuing escalation of employees age 20 - 34 in management jobs. These younger employees are on the fast track and moving up in the company quickly, or they are coming in to the company and immediately taking on management responsibilities. Such young new managers need to cultivate a spectrum of people skills, present a polished professional image, display decorum, be business etiquette savvy, build strong team relationships, and get results through others. Our newly designed, three-day intense boot camp is for your future stars! Topics covered are interpersonal dynamics, communication, personal presentation, image, and business etiquette and protocol.
'Boot Camp' is held west of Las Vegas at the Red Rock Country Club in an inviting environment that is conducive to learning. We purposely selected this private setting versus the hustle and bustle of a mega resort so that we can have the attendees' undivided attention. There is never more than eight participants in a class, so your employees receive the individualized attention they need and deserve.
Registration cost is only $1,295. This price includes comprehensive materials, one-on-one coaching by Joan Burge, continental breakfast, lunch each day, and a fine dining experience where attendees will practice their etiquette skills.
