Planner,
Having been
on both sides of the platform, I know the challenges you face when
orchestrating the perfect event. For 20 years I worked in organizations
assisting top-level managers host everything from small in-house
meetings to major conferences. In 1990 I founded my own business,
and since 1992 I've been hosting my own annual conference for which
I have to seek and select talented speakers.
Like you, I
am very particular about the speakers I choose for my events. I
analyze everything from the speaker's professionalism to his or
her ability to understand my attendees' needs and objectives. I
want to know that the speaker I hire can adequately address our
conference's theme in a manner most relevant to the audience.
On the other
hand, I am a professional speaker with over twelve years of speaking
experience. In that role, my goal is to make sure that the organization,
meeting planner, association, or group who hires me is 100% satisfied
with my performance. To accomplish that goal, I learn all I can
about the event's theme, the audience, the industry, and the company's
expected outcomes. Before speaking to your organization, I conduct
conference calls with you and other appropriate representatives,
read materials pertinent to your industry or organization, and then
design a program that will exceed your expectations
