Created in October 2009, the Office Dynamics University incorporates in-depth curricula developed by Joan Burge, founder and CEO, for administrative assistants and executives assistants who wish to earn a certification thus demonstrating their commitment to their chosen profession.

These are high-end, comprehensive, and intense learning opportunities that challenge administrative professionals to be their very best in terms of performance. Students can earn their official certification for either program and strive for the CEAP (Certified Executive Administrative Professional) designation through attending the Star Achievement Series.
