With each message we'll introduce a speaker and share with you a little bit about them as well as why we chose them to be a presenter at the 19th Annual Conference for Administrative Excellence.
Our next speaker highlight is a woman who has made an appearance at our conference in the past and a what a powerhouse she is!
Jennifer Joseph Lier, Professional Speaker & Coach
With 25 years of international performing and production experience as well as private interview and performance coaching, Jennifer Joseph Lier is a highly sought after vocalist/entertainer, interview coach and life coach. From transforming her life by losing 100 pounds at 18 years old, breaking out of her adolescent introverted shell to becoming Miss Nevada and traveling the world as a headline performer, being on international television and excelling in national competitions, Jennifer knows what it takes to overcome adversity and has used bold strategies to change her life and create the life she always dreamed of having. From a shy, unmotivated, overweight teenager to an illustrious career in the entertainment industry and now and living the life of her dreams, Jennifer willingly shares her proven success strategies on how to stop sitting on the side lines and start living in the game of an extraordinary life with her mesmerizing delivery of warmth, compassion and humor.
At nineteen, Jennifer Joseph Lier arrived on the world famous stages of her hometown, Las Vegas, singing and performing in all the major casinos. After winning the title of Miss Nevada 1995 and receiving the talent award at Miss America, she went on to headline many shows around the world, including Legends in Concert, and the world famous, Follies Bergere. Jennifer received the rarely given standing ovation on Showtime at the famous Apollo Theatre in Harlem, New York. Exhibiting excellence in a competitive environment, she became a finalist in the reality show “The Entertainer, Starring Wayne Newton” on E! Entertainment, then took the ball and ran developing and performing her self-titled one woman show in Las Vegas showrooms as well as touring with Wayne Newton and the legendary Don Rickles for over 2 years. In the past 10 years, her love for personal development and helping woman excel in all areas took flight. She delved deep into her own training in personal development and she soon became a top requested interview, performance and life coach. In recent years, she has also gained popularity as a speaker, especially with women’s organizations. She has a deep passion for coaching women of all ages in both the entertainment and corporate markets and helping them break through fears – including weight loss – and elevate their lives to a high level, assisting them to prepare themselves for the world today and live the life they dream.
