It's not just another book, it's a project that stems from heart for this profession from three very passionate women. Joan, a champion for this profession since before she formed Office Dynamics (her vehicle to help administrative professionals realize their full potential and true excellence) in 1990. Nancy, a true role model and living example of an exemplary administrative professional and captivating writer! And myself, Jasmine, Joan's Chief Executive Assistant since 2007 - energized and fulfilled everyday with coming into work and helping to change and shape the lives of other administrative professionals.
