I read an article in our Las Vegas Chamber of Commerce magazine "Are you QR-Ready?" Here is what I learned.

QR stands for "quick response."

Users download a QR reader to their smart phone and use that application to scan or "read" these QR codes on business cards, printed materials, and a variety of other formats. You can get these readers on your Apple products, Android operated devices and Blackberrys!

Businesses use these codes to get extra information to you, send you to their website or special event page and more. Get ready and start using your QR reader to find out what kind of special surprises are waiting out there for you!
