We have been receiving a lot of questions for Joan's advice and even my own on many topics. One question I recently received was about tracking multiple calendars. Being in a small office, I only need to track a few calendars and use Outlook exclusively. Perhaps you can help me with suggestions for this reader.
"I have been asked to come up with a way to electronically track the Outlook calendars of twenty-five staff members. I’m investigating whether Outlook will handle this many shared calendars, but I imagine it to be quite cumbersome. I wonder if you are aware of an Outlook add-on that might be a little more visually pleasing way of tracking when people are in or out of the office. I’ve found several options online, but don’t have experience with any of them. The two that look most promising to me are Schedules4Teams and TEAM Calendar."
