Jasmine surprised me with this nice vase of fresh flowers this morning. They were already sitting on my desk when I walked in to my office. No, they weren't for my recent birthday--she already gave me a gift for that. They weren't because I was having a bad week or feeling down. She just wanted me to have them.
It is really nice when your assistant surprises you for no special reason. Executives are humans too. The "surprises for no reasons" are long remembered. It's just the little perk an executive needs to create a great day.
