Hello! It's Jasmine - again. I promise, I have not taken over Joan's blog. She is traveling today and will return to the office soon and we'll have her blogging again a.s.a.p!

I took it upon myself to write this blog today because it appears that many viewers are having trouble viewing our videos. Namely, the 26 Weeks to Administrative Excellence free series.

We are hearing from viewers every day that the videos are taking longer to load, stopping mid-view and for some the sound quality is coming and going. I know for many starting the video, pausing it, letting it fully load, and then playing the video has worked but the problem is persisting and even getting worse for some viewers.

We are working with tech support at Viddler.com - they are a free video hosting service and this is how we are able to offer these videos free to you directly from our website. As soon as the problem is fixed I will send out an announcement as well as post the announcement here for blog subscribers. If you have specific questions, feel free to post them here in our comments section. We are also looking at the possibility of upgrading to paid service if necessary but there is a lot of research to be done. If your company uses a paid video hosting service that you would recommend - feel free to also post your comment here and we'll check that company out as well!
